32 For inquire now of the days that are past, which were before thee, since the day that God created man upon the earth, and [a]ask from the one end of heaven unto the other, if there came to pass such a great thing as this, or whether any such like thing hath been heard.

33 Did ever people hear the voice of God speaking out of the midst of a fire, as thou hast heard, and lived?

34 Or hath God assayed to go and take him a nation from among nations, by [b]tentations, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a mighty hand, and by a stretched out arm, and by great fear, according unto all that the Lord your God did unto you in Egypt before your eyes?
